All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Prices are shown per box in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm payment. We do not add fees after the fact.

We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a product is unavailable, or where shipping to your location is restricted. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

We ship worldwide in discreet, unbranded packaging. Delivery timelines depend on destination and customs handling and are estimates, not guarantees.

You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your own country.

The Elite 11 name, product names, formulations, copy, imagery and site design are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
